We stayed three nights in the wonderful Boutique Hotel. Such a relaxing time! Meals could be outside on their lovely patio or inside their air conditioned restaurant. Breakfast was a wonderful variety each morning - something for everyone. We had dinner at their Bistro two nights. We had expected they would have a set menu, but each night there was a choice of three or four starters, three mains (fish, meat and vegetarian) and three desserts. I should also mention they have a lovely wine list. I would like to mention the wonderful hospitality of Ziv and Keren. Always available for a question or recommendation. The grounds were beautiful with areas to enjoy the sun or shade. We also enjoyed the hot tub one evening under the stars. Finally, the interior design of the rooms were simple, elegant and mostly made and designed by Keren, an amazing artist! I am going to keep an eye on their FB page and hope to return for one of their special dinners or art workshops!

The restaurant is fantastic. I think I could happily live there just to wake up every day to such amazing food and such thoughtful hosts! Everything felt prepared with genuine care, and sharing those moments made the experience so much more than simply staying at a hotel.

Our stay at Lua de Caldelas was truly one of those experiences that stays with you long after you leave. What makes Lua de Calelas truly unique is its atmosphere. Keren and her daughter are incredibly talented, and being surrounded by art, beautiful decoration and creativity gives the whole place a very special soul. Everything feels peaceful, authentic and full of care. There is something about that place that simply makes you slow down, breathe and feel lighter. Ziv was wonderful in helping us plan our days and suggesting activities and places to discover, which made the whole experience even more special. And after a day of exploring, relaxing in the hot tub in the garden was just perfect. The breakfast, lovingly prepared, was honestly five-star. Delicious, thoughtful and the perfect way to start each morning. The restaurant is also excellent and absolutely worth experiencing during your stay. More than just a beautiful place to stay. We are very grateful for the experience. Thank you, Ziv and Keren, for making our stay so memorable. We would come back in a heartbeat and couldn't recommend Lua de Caldelas more highly.
